Hebrews 13:20-21 NKJV says, “Now may the God of peace who brought up our Lord Jesus from the dead, that great Shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, make you [a]complete in every good work to do His will, working in [b]you what is well pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen.”
Everything God does is good, whether you believe it or not and this scripture above is a powerful reflection on God’s divine ability to equip and empower us to fulfill His purpose in our lives. If you read Jeremiah 29:11, He reminds us that His plans or purposes for us are good.
We are never alone in our journey of life, we have a loving and capable God working within us. When we face life’s challenges or seek direction, we should always remember that our God is the God of peace and He is working tirelessly to prepare us for what He has planned. His grace is indeed sufficient to provide us with everything we need to live purposefully and walk in His ways. His Spirit stirs within us and enables us to do good, to serve with love, and to carry out His divine will. With every step we take, He is working behind the scenes, shaping and equipping us for greater things.
Let this prayer be your declaration of trust always, that God is working in and through you to accomplish what is pleasing in His sight, now and forever. AMEN!
