A few years ago I was listening to a prayer my mom was making and what she said stuck with me for good. She prayed that “when the promises are delayed, our hope begins to fade so Lord, come quick.” Almost every time that prayer rings in my spirit. Looking at the clock, 2025 is almost coming to an end if you are waiting for something good to happen, like a breakthrough, healing, reconciliation, or a blessing that has not yet come, you’re not alone.
It can be challenging to hold onto hope when the timing isn’t clear and answers feel far out in the distance. There’s a scripture that rings true above ALL our doubts and fears – Luke 1:37
“For nothing will be impossible with God.”
This is a powerful reminder that God’s capabilities far exceed our understanding. What may seem impossible today is entirely within His power to bring to pass tomorrow. You should not lose heart – keep believing. Keep praying. Keep trusting that His plans are perfect, and nothing is too difficult for Him. Sometimes, our greatest miracles are born from seasons of waiting so hold on tight to hope and remember always that with God, ALL things are possible.
I pray for you this week that your breakthrough will not be delayed any longer. Let your faith be fueled by the unwavering truth that God’s promises never fail. Let this be so in your life in Jesus’ name. AMEN!
