Revelation 19:10 NKJV
And I fell at his feet to worship him. But he said to me, “See that you do not do that! I am your fellow servant, and of your brethren who have the testimony of Jesus. Worship God! For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.”
Let me tell you that this scripture was made manifest in my life this past week. The Lord broke off a twenty-one year chain over my life and He did it in such a way that I had no option but to honor my vow to Him. Which means I walked onto a stage and shared my testimony in front of over twelve thousand people with another thirty-thousand plus watching online. It was the impact that followed after the testimony – the many people that I encountered who blessed me with their words, shared their similar testimonies and also those who were tapping into this testimony to receive their own testimony that made the Holy Spirit refer me to this scripture. That testimony was not mine to keep and the Lord who knows my form, that if He answered my request before the conference, my logical brain would have normalized it and restrained me from going to share this testimony with the world. So, He waited and delivered my testimony to me just two hours before the start of the conference. Then He stirred up my spirit and made me restless until I had shared that testimony. You can call it the release of adrenaline in my spirit. I was struggling with going up that stage to share this and kept trying to move it to another day but Jesus will not have it any other day but the day He had ordained for it to happen.
I say this to encourage you that whenever you hear a testimony being shared, always remember that it is the spirit of prophecy so you can tap into it to receive it for yourself or anyone you know who is trusting the Lord for the same miracle.
May the Lord guide your heart and spirit this week and give you a testimony that He can use to glorify Himself. It is so and so it is in Jesus’ name. Amen!
